The City of Watsonville offers two different toilet rebate programs:

DO IT YOURSELF REPLACEMENT

Choose the toilet of your dreams:

All toilets sold in California today are 1.6 gpf or less. Take out your high flow toilet and replace it with a low flow toilet of your choice and receive up to $100.00.

FREE TOILET REPLACEMENT

The City purchases the toilets (two styles) and contracts with Central Coast Energy Services to install them. Old toilets marked 1.6gpf are not eligible for free replacement.

This program has no income restrictions. Call Energy Services at 1-888-728-3637 to see if your toilets qualify.

WASHER REBATE: $100.00

Purchase a new Energy Star certified washing machine and receive a $100.00 rebate.
