The City of Watsonville Neighborhood Traffic Plan was developed in an effort to address concerns expressed by residents regarding speeding and other traffic complaints in their neighborhoods and enables citizens and/or community groups to become involved with the improvement process. The Plan is based upon a combination of various elements. The basic elements include: Education, Enforcement, and Engineering.
